Gershon is an experienced entrepreneur and manager with over 21 years of experience managing human resources, administration, and welfare in the Israeli Navy, where he served as a Lieutenant Colonel. He has also served as a large school principal and head of the education and welfare department. In recent years he has been engaged in the field of medical cannabis.
